By accessing and using AccuPane, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
2. Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily access the materials on AccuPane for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only.
3. Service Description
AccuPane provides window replacement quote management software as a subscription service.
4. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
5. Pricing and Payment
Subscription fees are billed monthly based on the number of active users in your organization.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with written notice.
